1. IMG (International Market Group) lead buyer for wiring harness and sub-components on strategy/ sourcing/Cost reduction/ Operation.
2. IMG representative on global strategy development, alignment with Global counter parts and Matched Pairs teams.
3. IMG Supply Risk management for respective suppliers' sites, and mitigate the risk by analyzing market supply/demand trend, raw material, component shortage, supply chain efficiency etc.
4. Interface with cross functional teams for quality internal cooperation, and smooth delivery of the commodity strategy and program launch.
5. Enhance positive relationship with suppliers for mutual success on business.

1. Bachelor+ with 3 years+ experience.

2. Production purchasing experience in Automotive industry.

3. Adequate technical knowledge on Electrical commodities.

4. Strong problem-solving and logic/data analysis capabilities.

5. Strong communication skills in English with cross function teams.

6. Capability of leading cross functional team & driving results with resilience.

1. Lead IMG (International Market Group) wiring harness and/or other Electrical/Electronic commodity sourcing with Quality/Cost/Delivery criteria met, following program milestones from program start until ends while maintaining sustainable cost and relationship with suppliers.

2. Lead delivery of year-over-year Total Value Management (TVM) target % drive for gap closure per annual gap process.

3. Drive for localization and Quality-Cost-Delivery continuous improvement for the respective suppliers.

4. Lead supplier payment and supply risk issues if any; Close monitor/build healthy supply base under VUCA environment.

5. Represent IMG purchasing point of view on global commodity strategy alignment.

6. Support local projects with Product Design team and support cross functional team per needs.

7. Handle Production Order/Tooling Order timely release for new parts/design change parts and Total Value Management (TVM) claims etc.
