**Position : Staff Nurse**

**Location: Yakubpur Noida**

**Reports to: Operations Manager**

**Salary: Rs.2,40,000/per annum**

The Raj Kumari Foundation is a non - governmental organization (NGO) headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, with a focus on implementing development sector projects across various states in India. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Nurse to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Patient Care**:

- Assess and monitor patients' health conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Provide patient education on health management, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
- Assist in wound care and other medical procedures. Monitor and maintain medical equipment.

**2. Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Record patient registration and billing.

**3. Clinic Support**:

- Adapt to the specific requirements and goals of the clinic.
- Support in conducting and running health camps.
- Ensure the clinic is well maintained.

**4. Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care.
- Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing changes.

**5. Qualifications and Experience**:

- BSc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institute.
- 1/2 years experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing clinic requirements.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nurse: 1 year (preferred)
