Franchise Counselor

1) Provide expert guidance and advice to franchisees on all aspects of business operations,including marketing, sales, finance, and operations.

2) Conduct regular evaluations of franchisee performace to identify areas for improvement.

3) Develop and implement training programs for franchisees and their staff.

4) Collaborate with franchiser to develop strategies for growing the franchise system.

5) Assist with the recruitment of new franchisees.

6) Identify and address operational and financial issues that may impact franchisee success.**:
1) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2) Ability to explain complex business models in a simple, clear way.

5) Problem-solving ability and a customer-focused mindset.

6) Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

1) Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

2) Certifications or diplomas in franchising, sales, or customer service can also be beneficial.

3) Any graduate/post graduate

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
