Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Consultation

Greet walk-in customers and understand their requirements.

Discuss customer’s design preferences, space requirements, and budget.

Suggest suitable furniture, furnishings, and design concepts from the store’s collection.

Prepare mood boards, sketches, or basic 3D layouts (if trained in tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Canva).

2. Design Support & Execution

Assist senior staff in preparing design presentations and proposals.

Help customers visualize products in their home/office setup (using sample layouts or digital tools).

Stay updated with latest design trends, color combinations, and space optimization ideas.

3. Sales & Business Development

Actively pitch products to customers and highlight their features, quality, and value.

Follow up with potential customers to ensure conversion of inquiries into sales.

Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and design-based sales pitches.

Participate in closing deals by addressing customer queries, objections, and assisting in negotiations (under guidance).

4. Store Display & Merchandising

Assist in maintaining the overall look and feel of the store.

Re-arrange store furniture layouts and displays to make them more appealing.

Create attractive theme-based setups (living room, dining, bedroom concepts).

5. Marketing & Promotion

Assist in social media content creation (before/after setups, trending design ideas, customer walkthroughs).

Contribute design ideas for marketing campaigns and promotions.
Skills & Qualities Required

Passion for interior design and furniture styling.

Basic knowledge of space planning, color coordination, and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or Canva).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills and fluent in Telugu and English.

Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in dealing with customers.

Good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
Performance Expectations

Actively contribute to sales closures by combining design advice with customer persuasion.

Deliver attractive design suggestions that enhance customer experience.

Ensure proper documentation of customer requirements and smooth handover to factory/production.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Hands-on experience in furniture customization and luxury furnishing sales.

Opportunity to grow into a full-time Interior Designer within Luxe Furnishings and handling Interior Projects.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
