**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator

**Job Summary**:
A Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in data processing software, and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets with precision.
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Organize and sort information for efficient data entry.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data security policies.
- Assist with generating reports and extracting data as needed.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing and scanning documents.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management software.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
