**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure guest safety in water areas.
- Enforce park rules and respond to emergencies.
- Provide first aid and CPR when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Lifeguard, CPR, and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong swimming skills and alertness.
- Good communication and teamwork.
