Designation - Executive - Export

Experience - 6 to 7 years

Location - Pune

CTC - Upto 6 LPA

Qualification -BE -Electrical / Mechincal / MBA
- Ensure trade compliance for Export consignments, Co-ordinate
- Handling global Inbound logistics (both Ocean and Air)
- Coordination with import buyers, Freight forwarders for collection of consignments as per plan
- Control inbound freight cost within budget.
- Monitor duty import payment to ensure it is within budget.
- Monitor daily check list approvals for Shipping Bill
- Coordinating with CHA and Customs officials for any amendments in Shipping Bill
- Liaoning customs/ DGFT authorities for handling goods for Export
- Handling & implementing process for licensing - EPCG, Advancing licensing, FTA, Re-Export duty drawback process.
- Bill passing as per agreements for import consignment
- Performance monitoring of Freight forwarders
- Co-ordination with sourcing team for performance issues of Freight forwarders and CHA.
- Preparation of Order acknowledgment/PCN No. and handling Oracle related activity & submit order acknowledgment to customer.
- Managing the budget spent on the sales force to analyses the same with the revenue generation.
- To submit the compliance report and Its documents to customer and timely arranging dispatch clearance from customer and submit dispatch related document to customer.
- Continuously payment follow-up and generate a payment report of customer.
- To prepare ABG/PBG & coordinating with Finance Team for timely submission of bank guarantees to customer with in time. Preparation of Lodgment documents against Advance Payment and submitting the same to Bank coordination with finance team.
- Maintaining & updating of MIS to related to order and rating and Preparation sales report.
- Providing fortnightly manufacturing status of each PO to customer and on time delivery.
- Verifying the Sale order details in Oracle ERP and approving the same for timely Dispatch.
- Export documentation as per PO & Other statutory requirements, accuracy of documentation and timely submission to relevant parties/customers.
- Study of Purchase order and LCs. Preparation of LC draft and get the approval from customer with in time & Submitting LC documents to bank as per LC terms and conditions.
- Timely arranges Inspection& Obtaining inspection release note form customer.
- Effective coordination with in internal departments for delivery of products within agreed time-line.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
