**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented **Junior Designer** to join our growing team. You’ll assist in designing visual content across a variety of channels, from digital and print to web and social media. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their design career who’s eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow in a collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support senior designers with visual content creation and layout design.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure consistent brand execution.
- Prepare and package files for production or publishing.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Revise designs based on internal and client feedback.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Basic understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Open to feedback and willing to learn.
