**Job description**

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to join our growing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, executing and managing the social media strategy for the company. You will be the voice of our brand on various social media platforms and play a key role in building our online presence and increasing engagement with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals
- This involves creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the social media strategy
- This includes creating ad content and targeting specific audiences to maximize ad performance.
- You'll need to analyze social media data to determine which strategies are working and which ones need to be revised.
- Monitoring social media analytics and using the data to optimize social media strategies and campaigns.
- Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and making recommendations for improvements.
- Creating and curating high-quality, engaging content for social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written content.
- Managing the company's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics.
- Analyzing social media metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of Experience in social media management, marketing, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when it comes to social media strategies and content
- Knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and distribution
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing social media algorithms, trends

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (required)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
