**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students who have shown interest in aviation courses through inquiries, advertisements, or referrals.
- Provide detailed information about the Academy’s courses, certifications, and career opportunities in aviation.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Aviation Academy's course offerings to answer questions confidently.
- Identify and qualify leads by assessing potential students’ interests, needs, and eligibility.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for prospective students to speak with admissions counselors.
- Track and record details of each call, including contact information, course interests, and follow-up actions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets set by the marketing department.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of lead sources and suggest improvements in the calling process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and ensure accurate communication with potential students.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor on the phone and manage any objections or concerns from prospective students effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in sales or customer service, preferably in education or aviation sectors.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to handle high volumes of outbound calls and work under pressure.
- Goal-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to generate interest and qualify leads.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
