We are seeking a skilled.Net/Java Developer with a strong background in the insurance domain and proficiency in

Japanese to enhance our development team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to gather

requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies, particularly within the insurance

domain.
- Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders, ensuring that requirements are accurately

understood and implemented.

**Requirements**:
**Experience Level (Junior): 1-2 Years**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in.Net/Java development, specifically within the insurance domain.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Spring, Hibernate.
- Strong experience with database management systems particularly SQL databases like SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity in cloud technologies and platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, OpenShift or Amazon Web Services (AWS),
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.
- Proficient in Japanese, both written and spoken, to facilitate communication with clients and team members.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a must.

**Experience Level (Mid): 2-4 Years**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in.Net/Java development, specifically within the insurance domain.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Spring, Hibernate.
- Strong experience with database management systems particularly SQL databases like SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices,

coding standards, and development methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers,

and UX/UI designers, to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications.
- Code Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and implement automated testing practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clarity on technical concepts, project updates, and requirements.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in production environments, ensuring mínimal service disruption and a seamless user experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices within the insurance domain and cloud computing, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our systems and processes.
