**Job Title: Edtech Tele Caller**

**Summary**:
We are looking for an Edtech Tele Caller to join our team and help us in promoting and selling our online education services. As an Edtech Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and explaining our products and services to them over the phone. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
Contact potential customers through outbound calls and explain our products and services.
Understand customer needs and requirements and suggest the best-suited products and services.
Build and maintain a strong customer relationship by providing excellent customer service.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Update customer information in the database.
Follow up with potential customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
Attend training and meetings as required.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a tele caller in the edtech industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to understand customer needs and suggest the best-suited products and services.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and at least one other language.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
