**Patient Assessment and Diagnosis**:

- Conduct thorough physical examinations and take patient histories.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and investigations.
- Diagnose a wide range of medical conditions and illnesses.

**Treatment and Patient Care**:

- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical evaluations.
- Prescribe medications and therapies, and provide instructions for their use.
- Perform minor surgical procedures as needed.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care.

**Patient Management and Follow-Up**:

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Conduct follow-up appointments to monitor the effectiveness of treatments.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.

**Coordination and Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to manage comprehensive patient care.
- Refer patients to appropriate specialists for further diagnosis or treatment when necessary.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans.

**Medical Records and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for all patients.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the hospital's electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Write and update patient progress notes, discharge summaries, and other medical reports.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including infection control protocols.
- Follow all relevant regulations and standards set by medical authorities.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.

**Continuous Education and Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities and professional development programs.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the hospital.
- You are expected to work under an intensive therapist. Carry out the orders of an intensive therapist in the ICU.
- Also, carry out orders of General Physician under In-Patient and Out-Patient

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
