Designation: Counsellor/Sr. Counsellor (International Process)

**Job Type**: Full Time (Onsite)

Job Location: Ambegaon, Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Counsel students on their interests and choices and help them make the right career decisions.
- Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection.
- Provide students with information on such topics as college degree programs and admission requirements, financial aid opportunities, and apprenticeship programs.
- End to end process for Visa processing
- Evaluate individuals' abilities, interests, and personality characteristics using tests, records, interviews, and professional sources.
- Prepare reports on students and activities as required by administration.
- Conduct follow-up interviews with counselees to determine if their needs have been met.
- Achieving admission numbers for the year.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Should have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with an educational institution.
- Must have calling experience.
- Should be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Should be proactive and persuasive
- Uses soft, polite, and courteous language
- Maintain clear communication with the higher authorities

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
