As a Graduate Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and expansion of the company’s business activities. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Market Research and Analysis:
~ Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

~ Analyze market data to identify business opportunities and recommend strategies for growth.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
~ Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and collaborate with the sales team to convert them into customers.

~ Maintain a lead database, track progress, and provide regular reports on lead generation activities.
- Proposal Development:
~ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business proposals and presentations for potential clients.

~ Assist in creating and maintaining a repository of sales collateral, including case studies, brochures, and presentations.

~ Conduct research on client requirements and industry best practices to enhance proposal effectiveness.
- Training and Professional Development:
~ Actively participate in training programs to develop business development skills and industry knowledge.

~ Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business development strategies.

~ Seek opportunities for professional growth and take ownership of your development as a business development professional.

**Qualification**:

- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and interact with clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools, and CRM systems, and interacting with clients.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
