Factory Incharge

**Job description**:

- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operation.
- Colleborative with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control process.
- Ensuring the factory machinery is in the good working condition.
- Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
- Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision makers.
- Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
- Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in the Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Management or related field.
- Experience in the managerial or supervisory role within the factory.
- Knowledge of industry specific factory equipments.
- Strong management and leadreship skills.
- Good in communication skills and multitasking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
