**Job Overview**

**Key ResponsibilitiesBIM Modeling & Documentation**
- Create, update, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using software like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings based on design inputs.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure model accuracy and coordination.
- Generate construction documents, shop drawings, and schedules from the model.
- Implement design changes and ensure model revisions are updated in real time.

**Site Supervision**
- Visit construction sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and on-site teams for design clarifications.
- Identify and resolve any design discrepancies between BIM models and on-site implementation.
- Conduct site inspections and report issues to the project team with photographic and written documentation.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline expectations.

Pay: ₹17,350.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
