**Key Responsibilities**:

- To call prospect leads for achieving organizational targets and meet daily connected calls target- Proactively do calling activity & record responses correctly on various sheets to make qualitative insights.-
- Collate market insights from customers and Partners- Work with team to achieve the organizational goals- Ensure smooth flow with the team and gather real-time feedback regarding the business impacts.- Conduct pricing & mystery shopping activities, get qualitative insights from partners

Skill Required:

- Ability to understand the market situation- Good team player- Decent Communication & Interpersonal Skills- High ownership and responsiveness at all times- Basic excel skills
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory
