**How You’ll Help Us Connect the World**:
This role will be based in Verna, Goa.

**You Will Make an Impact By**:

- Tuning and troubleshooting RF parameters for base station antennas and prototypes.
- Supporting RL/ISO tuning and pattern analysis across multiple units and pilot projects.
- Using tools like PSOAA, CAAF, ACF Config Tool, and S-doc for advanced analysis and compliance.
- Collaborating with RF engineers on new concepts, design improvements, and change requests.
- Building and supporting prototypes from various design centers, solving RF-related issues independently.
- Leading root cause analysis (RCA) and preparing systematic reports.
- Documenting processes, test plans, and procedures under RF engineer guidance.
- Handling complex and first-in-family projects with mínimal supervision.
- Guiding and supporting team members on RF tuning and technical challenges.
- Managing time effectively and communicating clearly across teams.

**Required Qualifications for Consideration**:

- Preferably Bachelor’s or Diploma in related curriculum.
- Minimum 8+ year of relevant experience preferred.

**You Will Excite Us If You**:

- Have hands-on experience in basic antenna design, testing, tuning, and building.
- Possess strong soldering skills and can identify good vs. bad solder joints.
- Have experience in product assembly, including test and tune processes.
- Are familiar with RF test instruments like Network Analyzers and Spectrum Analyzers.
