**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via online platforms.
- Handle inquiries related to slimming treatments, packages, pricing, appointments, and promotions.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments and follow-ups using clinic management software.
- Maintain accurate client records, feedback, and service history.
- Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure smooth client flow and timely service delivery.
- Upsell or inform clients about additional services, memberships, and offers.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and encourage repeat visits.
- Support in administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and maintaining inventory logs.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 1-2 years of customer service or front desk experience (experience in wellness/clinic/hospitality preferred).
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or clinic software systems.
- Presentable, patient, and client-focused demeanor.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
