**Job Title**: Homeroom Teacher (Grades TBD)

**Location**: International School of Secunderabad

**Experience**: 2-3 years

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary educator and mentor for students in the assigned grade.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school’s **international curriculum** (IB/PYP, Cambridge, or other).
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student growth.
- Monitor and assess students’ academic and social-emotional development.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Organize and participate in school events, parent meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Uphold school policies, values, and disciplinary guidelines.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Education or a relevant field.
- **2-3 years of teaching experience** in an international school setting preferred.
- Experience with **IB (PYP), Cambridge, or any international curriculum** is a plus.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in **English (spoken & written)**.
- Passion for education and ability to engage with young learners.

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with **student-centered and inquiry-based learning approaches**.
- Ability to integrate **technology** into classroom instruction.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience working with **diverse student backgrounds**.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
