**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role
- Knowledge of technical recruiting best practices and trends
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
