We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated **Sales Executive** to join our real estate team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online marketing channels.
- **Client Consultations**: Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their needs, offer personalized property recommendations, and guide them through the real estate process.
- **Property Listings & Marketing**: List properties for sale and rental, ensuring they are marketed effectively through online platforms, print media, and social media.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Assist clients in negotiating prices and contract terms, ensuring successful transactions that meet both client and company objectives.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and new developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Collaboration with Team**: Work closely with other sales executives, property managers, and legal teams to facilitate smooth transactions and provide exceptional service.

Pay: Up to ₹29,525.87 per month
