We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated **Sales Executive** to join our real estate team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online marketing channels.
- **Client Consultations**: Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their needs, offer personalized property recommendations, and guide them through the real estate process.
- **Property Listings & Marketing**: List properties for sale and rental, ensuring they are marketed effectively through online platforms, print media, and social media.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Assist clients in negotiating prices and contract terms, ensuring successful transactions that meet both client and company objectives.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and new developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Collaboration with Team**: Work closely with other sales executives, property managers, and legal teams to facilitate smooth transactions and provide exceptional service.

Pay: Up to ₹29,525.87 per month
