**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Implementation Associate to join our team to help our client in USA with client onboarding and implementation projects, delivering high quality customer experience. Client is a leading marketing technology company for agencies, media companies, brands, and enterprises.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the on-boarding of new customers through product configuration to meet

defined requirements
- Testing/Quality assurance
- Create new and update existing product documentation
- Assist in roll-out and training for new customers
- Modifying configurations to meet evolving customer requirements
- Act as first level support for existing customers

**Job Requirements**:
**- ** Well organized and effective at managing time to meet deadlines
- Keen attention to detail and quality output
- A goal-oriented, self-starter
- Curious, with a passion for problem-solving
- Friendly, upbeat, and collaborative attitude
- Effective communicator in English - verbally and in writing (need to interact with US clients)
- Ability to make sense of something complex and explain it in plain English

**Nice to have**:

- Prior experience working at an Advertising Agency
- Knowledge of marketing reporting
- Experience with SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of data structures and/or data flows

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
