**Position: Civil Costing and Estimation Specialist**

**Location**: Thane
**Budget**: 6 LPA - 7 LPA
- Concept/schematic costing
- Quantity take-off
- BOQ preparation
- Bill certification
- Analyzing and estimating costs
- Rate analysis for civil, finishing, and landscaping for construction projects
- Tender management

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 5-6 years of experience in civil engineering and cost estimation

**Technical Skills**:

- Excellent knowledge of building codes, market rates, and regulations
- Relevant experience with conceptual and detailed cost estimation and proposal preparation
- Proficient in CAD software and MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Soft Skills**:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
