**Opening: Customer Support Executive - Bill Collections (Voice Process)**
**Experience**: 2+ Years | **Process**: International Voice - Accounts Receivable (Collections)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Customer Support Executive** to join our team, specializing in **Bill Collections (Accounts Receivable)** for **international clients**. This is a voice-based process requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound/inbound calls to recover outstanding payments from clients
- Resolve customer queries related to invoices, payments, and account statements
- Maintain accurate records of communications and payment commitments
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes
- Meet daily and monthly collection targets while ensuring customer satisfaction

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in international voice process (collections or AR)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
- Experience in handling B2B or B2C collections preferred
- Familiarity with billing systems, CRMs, and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and in target-driven environments

**What We Offer: 5-day work week** (Saturday & Sunday off)

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
