**Para Planner**:

- This is the first step in your career as an Advisor and Financial Planner. As a para planner you will be assisting a senior advisor on managing their clients. The nature of work is administrative - working with investment plans, portfolios, tracking etc. This role does not entail any client facing responsibilities. The minimum qualification is a Masters in Finance or Accounting with an aptitude for detail and numbers. Good English and computer skills are a must.
