**Summary / Role Purpose**
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Performs HRIS system configuration and testing support to support HRIS changes
- Performs HRIS data loads and validation to support business objectives
- Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
- Manages and maintains the system landscape and coordinates activities for the technical upgrades
- Works with external HRIS vendors to report and manage issues and requests
- Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
- Act as the point of contact for HRIS tickets related to system issues/changes
- Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Trains clients on new processes/functionality. Trains new system users
**Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- At least 3 years related experience required
- Experience working with HR systems (preferably SuccessFactors)
- Uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions to issues that arise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management preferred
