Key responsibilities include supervising and training staff, developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, maintaining compliance with regulations, and communicating with parents. They also handle administrative tasks like scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Management**:
Supervise, train, and mentor nursery staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Curriculum Development**:
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities that promote children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- **Childcare and Safety**:
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery, including conducting regular safety checks and maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
- **Parent Communication**:
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress, development, and any concerns.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
Manage daily operational tasks, including attendance tracking, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- **Compliance**:
Ensure the nursery operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
