**Job Purpose**:

- To turn a design idea into an accurate picture that could then be used by the workshop in order to create the object.
- To create drawings for orders received from clients.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Review with Technical Services Manger the technical specification/inquiry received from clients.
- Handle all drawings and technical documents.
- Produce client's drawings for prelim information.
- Design different types of chokes and kill manifold systems.
- Drafting of different types of structural skids such as: manifold transportation skid and permanent/heavy duty skids.
- Prepare bill of Materials (BOM) of the above works for material requisition.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the drawing register.
- Responsible for the safekeeping of all technical related drawing documents eg. Client draft drawings.
- Produce shop and fabrication drawings as per the norms and standards.

**Key Competencies**:

- Attention to detail, teamwork and continuous learning.

**Pre-Requisites**:

- 2-3 years similar experience.
- Preferably experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience with creating 3D models and generating drawings.
- Officially educated as draftsman.

**Experience**:

- oil and gas industry: 3 years (preferred)
- SolidWorks: 3 years (preferred)
