**Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Tele caller)**

**Salary Range: 1.20 LPA (For Freshers)**

**Description**

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Voice Process professional. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Voice Process professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer relationships and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering incoming phone calls and efficiently addressing customer inquiries or concerns
- Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure their needs are met
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Resolving customer complaints and escalations in a timely manner
- Recording and updating customer information in the database
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and achieve team goals
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a positive and customer-focused attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- **Hindi, English & Telugu Languages are required**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:
