**Job Purpose**:
To investigate, evaluate, and validate insurance claims by conducting on-site surveys, collecting evidence, analyzing damages, and preparing comprehensive reports to ensure fair settlement in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct timely and detailed surveys for reported insurance claims.
- Assess the extent of loss or damage to property, vehicles, or assets.
- Determine the cause and legitimacy of the claim by analyzing the incident.
- Collect supporting documents, photographs, witness statements, and technical data.
- Prepare and submit clear, accurate, and unbiased survey reports.
- Liaise with policyholders, repairers, and service providers during the claim process.
- Recommend claim settlements or rejections based on findings and policy terms.
- Assist the claims department in resolving complex or disputed claims.
- Monitor fraud indicators and escalate suspicious cases.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).
- Surveyor license or certification as per regulatory requirements (IRDAI in India, for example).
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in claims assessment or insurance surveying.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong analytical and observational skills.
- Excellent report writing and documentation abilities.
- Good understanding of insurance policies, terms, and industry practices.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and claims management software.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in motor/property/health claims (customize as needed).
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.
- Knowledge of forensic investigation techniques is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
