Position: Interior Designer
- Experience: Minimum 2 Years
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Office timing: Monday to Friday - 10:00 am to 6:30 pm (lunch break from1:30 pm to 2:30pm)

Saturday - 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (Half Day)

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client needs and project objectives.
- Create detailed space plans, mood boards, and aesthetically appealing presentations.
- Select materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and décor elements while considering functionality and aesthetics.
- Prepare technical drawings, construction documentation, and BOQs.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure design coherence.
- Conduct site visits to monitor execution, provide guidance, and resolve design-related challenges.
- Communicate effectively with clients, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design, space planning, and project

execution.
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD (mandatory), MS Office, Photoshop, Indesign, SketchUp

(mandatory)/3Ds Max (Optional), rendering software (Lumion, Corona), Rhino (preferred).
- Soft Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability.
- Highly organized approach to managing tasks, documentation, and workflow.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points):

- Strong aesthetic sense for creating visually engaging presentations and design layouts.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Experience with parametric and computational design tools is a plus.
- Understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly materials in interior design.
