**Responsibilities**:

- Planning, Designing and Implementation of Network projects/Expansion/DC.
- Ability to drive the network incident, outages, and deep diving to find the root cause and prevention plan.
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, and issues of Angel One Network and resolve them Independently.
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning as well as present to management
- Work with internal software and hardware teams to create tools to deploy, manage, visualize, and troubleshoot our global network.
- Create and define network engineering best practices, documentation, and building MOP, SOP for training Juniors.
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
- Handling network and security incidents and serving as an escalation point during outages.

**Basic Qualifications and Skills**:

- B.Tech./B.E. in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with practical experience.
- Network Designing (HLD & LLD) experience.
- 10+ years of experience working with the Network protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
- 10+ years of experience working with general LAN technologies (VPC, Stacking, Port-Channel, CDP, VRRP, 802.1q, 802.1d, LLDP, port-security, etc.)
- 10+ years of experience working with firewalls, UTM features, IDS/IPS, WAF (Web Application Firewall), SSL Offloading and AAA.
- 10+ years hands-on troubleshooting network devices, routing issues, data center, and Backbone issues in a real-time and 24/7 environment.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP and knowledge of standard network protocols like TCP, ARP, ICMP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, SNMP etc., and packet analysis using Wireshark, TCPDump etc.
- Key focus in Enforcing policy and regulatory compliance by maintaining the organization’s firewall infrastructure.
- Nice to have an understanding of SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), one or more scripting languages, experience and knowledge of IPv6 and experience with Linux Systems and commands.
- Exposure on cloud - AWS, GCP.
