**Job Title: Accounts Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills, receipts, and payments
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and account queries
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash accounts
- Support statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, and other tax filings
- Help in internal and external audits by providing required documents and clarifications
- Maintain accurate records and assist in document management

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Proficient in MS Excel and Tally
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
