Develop and present rough layouts illustrating design and copy placement—considering size, type style, arrangement, and overall aesthetics.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to translate concept ideas into finalized designs.
- Create mock-ups and secure approvals before finalizing layouts.
- Operate typesetting and printing equipment—or liaise with vendors for procurement—ensuring quality and accuracy in final artwork.
- Maintain design software and hardware: perform routine checks, troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, and evaluate new tools.
- Coordinate effectively with external partners, including agencies, printers, and art services, to deliver on-time and on-budget.
- Stay current with design trends and technologies by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and networking in creative circles.

**Desired Profile**
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in creative design, with a focus on events and stalls
- Proven ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into impactful stall layouts and event visuals
- Proficient in standard creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Balanced blend of creativity and commercial insight

**Qualifications**
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Design, or a related discipline
