Placement Officer

**Job responsibility**:
He/She takes care of the respective center’s placement and post-placement needs, which
entails overall planning, implementing, documenting, reporting and managing on-going
trainee batches and building a rapport with placement partners, trainees, alumni and
other relevant stakeholders. He/She works in close association with the respective Center Head, and Community Mobilizers, and on an ongoing basis coordinate with the Technical Academic. At all times he/she has to ensure that placement operations are aligned with overall center planning and operations.

**Qualification**:
**Experience**:
Experience of working in Social development project in similar job roles.
Digitally sound/able to work in MIS tools
Local person preferable (from same area)

**Salary**: 20000/- to 22000/- per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
