**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Design graphics, infographics, and illustrations for podcasts, videos, and social media posts.
- Create visually appealing layouts and designs that align with our brand identity and educational content.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and branding across all multimedia content.
- Collaborate with the content team to create educational resources and materials.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit video footage to produce high-quality educational videos and podcasts.
- Add graphics, animations, and effects to enhance video content.
- Sync audio and video, ensuring clear and engaging presentations.
- Assist in the production and post-production processes, including color correction, sound editing, and video rendering.
- Manage and organize video files and assets.

**Content Collaboration**:

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and ideas for new content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably in the education sector.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design and video editing skills.
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of current trends in design, video editing, and educational content.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Video Editing: 1 year (required)
