**Job Vacancy: Property Incharge ( Gents)**
**Location**: Thevara, Kochi
**Facility**: Gents Hostel

**Job Type**: Full-Time | Residential
**Salary**: ₹13000 - ₹15000 per month

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the property
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the premises
- Handle inquiries, admissions, and tenant check-ins/check-outs
- Keep records of residents, payments, and maintenance activities
- Liaise with vendors and maintenance staff
- Address residents’ concerns with empathy and professionalism

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hostel/PG/property management preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to stay on the property (mandatory)
