**Position**: Purchase Executive
**Industry**: Manufacturing (Printing & Packaging)
**Location**: Nirman Nagar, DCM, Jaipur
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum 5 Years
**Qualification**: B.Com / Diploma

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end procurement of **packaging materials**, **raw materials**, **engineering items**, **consumables**, and **durables**.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials as per production needs and company standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiations to ensure quality, pricing, and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with **local vendors** for urgent and routine procurement requirements.
- Collaborate with production, stores, and quality teams for material planning and inventory control.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, vendor agreements, and delivery schedules.
- Continuously explore new vendors and cost-saving opportunities within the **printing & packaging** sector.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain audit-ready records.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of relevant experience** in procurement in the **manufacturing industry**, preferably in **printing & packaging**.
- Strong knowledge of **packaging material** and **raw material procurement** processes.
- Proven ability to manage procurement of **engineering items**, **consumables**, and **durables**.
- Must have strong **vendor management** skills and a well-developed **local supplier network**.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and record-keeping skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
