We at Growder Technovations Pvt Ltd hiring Receptionist for our office based Ghoddod road at Surat

Job role : Receptionist

Location : Surat

Salary : 15000 to 22000 Per month

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Screening phone calls & customer enquiries and transfer calls to intended parties
- Handle all incoming /outgoing documents / courier
- Booking of meeting rooms, Travel and hotel booking
- Attend to visitors, guest, vendor and ensure best hospitality
- Monitor all stationeries and pantry stocks, Office Administration
- Ensure cleanliness and office and taking care of office infra.
- Maintain the Asset record of the company and issued IT assets to employees.
- Provide active support in planning event/ function and arrange for tea, snacks, meals etc
- Support in all the admin related activities of the company.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company/superior.

**Required Skill**
- Graduate with minimum 2 Yrs experience in similar role
- Excellent Communication Skill in English, Hindi and Gujarati
- Good interpersonal skills with initiative and teamwork
- Able to work in short notice or immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
