**Experience**:

- Min 2 yrs. experience, (preferably in luxury / high-end residential project)

**Core skills**: 1. Analytical to gaze customer requirement and prepare mood-boards & presentation as per client’s choice or preferences. Also skilled in having interactive sessions to educate about company’s exclusive solutions/products.

2. Detailed drawing in AutoCAD, 3D Max and Sketch Up, or any other rendering software programs

3. Focused influencer of key decision maker with innovative/creative solutions.

4. Coordination with Architect, Client Senior head / project owners along with site supervision.

5. Knowledge of Site lay-out/map

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- AutoCAD, 3D Max and Sketch Up: 2 years (required)
- Site lay-out/map: 2 years (preferred)
- luxury / high-end residential project: 1 year (preferred)
