Videographer & Editor

**Position Title:Primary Role**:
To create, capture, and edit high-quality video content that promotes Arc Space Group’s architectural, interior, project management, and contracting services across digital platforms—ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and client communication standards.

**Video Planning & Pre-Production**
- Collaborate with the branding and design teams to plan video concepts, storyboards, and shoot requirements.
- Scout and prepare shoot locations including office, project sites, and client properties.
- Develop scripts and shot lists based on marketing, educational, or documentary goals.

**Videography / Filming**
- Capture professional-quality video footage of:

- Completed architecture/interior projects (walkthroughs, site showcases).
- Client testimonials.
- Office events, team interviews, and cultural moments.
- Ongoing construction/project progress.
- Branding or promotional videos (featuring staff, client meetings, brand stories).
- Operate drones, gimbals, and other stabilization tools as required.
- Ensure proper lighting, framing, and audio quality during shoots.

**Post-Production / Video Editing**
- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos that reflect the brand tone (elegant, professional, creative).
- Add motion graphics, title animations, client/project info, and visual overlays.
- Include subtitles, voice-overs, and sound effects where appropriate.
- Optimize formats for various platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Maintain consistent editing style: use of brand colors (red, black, white, gold), fonts, and transitions.

**Content Archiving & Management**
- Organize and maintain a structured archive of raw footage, edited videos, project reels, and sound/music assets.
- Backup data regularly on cloud storage or local servers.
- Maintain video libraries for different firms (Arc Space Architecture, Pro & Sys PMC, Cot Arc, Next Gen AI).

**Social Media & Cross-Platform Coordination**
- Deliver edited video content in formats suitable for various platforms:

- Landscape (YouTube, websites)
- Vertical (Instagram, WhatsApp, stories)
- Coordinate with the branding team to schedule and publish videos with proper captions and hashtags.
- Track performance metrics (views, engagement) when required.

**Equipment & Technical Maintenance**
- Take responsibility for all video and audio equipment (camera, lenses, tripods, lights, mics, drones).
- Regularly check, clean, and maintain gear.
- Recommend and manage purchase/upgrades of equipment as needed.

**7. Internal Coordination**
- Work closely with:

- **Branding team** for briefs, campaigns, and publishing schedules.
- **Design and project teams** to understand project highlights to be featured.
- **Assistant Manager** for branding consistency and client-facing requirements.

**Professional Etiquette & Representation**
- Maintain professional conduct at client locations and during formal interviews.
- Respect client privacy and project confidentiality while capturing visuals.
- Present yourself as part of Arc Space’s creative leadership team during on-site shoots.

**Innovation & Creative Contribution**
- Suggest new video ideas like:

- Project journey documentaries
- Behind-the-scenes creative processes
- Educational videos about architecture and design
- Interview series with staff and clients
- Stay updated on video content trends in architecture, real estate, and design fields.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
