**Role & Responsibilities: -**
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures & Maintaining the Billing System.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
- Responsible for Maintaining Clients Accounts.
- Generating invoices and account statements.
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger & accounts receivable files to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor & client accounts and monthly vendor / client statements.
- Generate reports detailing accounts payables & receivables status.
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Maintaining historical records.
- Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks.
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; Generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly financial & management reports.

**Pay Scale
- 3 Lakhs to 4.20 Lakhs per annum. (Monthly 25,000/- to 35,000/-) Must have an experience between 2- 5 years.**
