Job Description: Associate - Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, Welder

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform mechanical, electrical, fitting, or welding tasks as assigned by the supervisor or team leader.
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to understand work requirements.
- Operate machinery, tools, and equipment safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects and tasks within deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications:

- ITI certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, Welder trades, or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience in the respective trade.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge related to mechanical, electrical, fitting, or welding tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in operating machinery, tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks and recording information.
- Willingness to work at both site and plant locations as required.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and take initiative to solve problems.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all aspects of work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
