Job Title: Quality Control Officer/Executive (Pharmaceutical Analysis)

Department: Quality Control

Reports to: Quality Control Manager/Head of QC

Transportation : Provided by Company

Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the quality of pharmaceutical products through analytical testing, inspection, and documentation activities in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Analytical Testing:
1. Conduct chemical and instrumental analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

2. Perform HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and other pharmaceutical analysis.

3. Validate and verify analytical methods.

Quality Control Processes:
1. Inspect incoming materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

2. Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.).

3. Implement and maintain Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Documentation and Compliance:
1. Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.

2. Prepare and review Certificates of Analysis (CoA).

3. Ensure compliance with cGMP, USP, EP, and other regulatory requirements.

Investigations and Deviations:
1. Investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) results and deviations.

2. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Collaboration and Training:
1. Collaborate with Production, R&D, and other departments.

2. Participate in training programs for self and colleagues.

3. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- B. Pharma or M. Pharma degree from a recognized university.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical QC or related industry (for B. Pharma)
- 0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical QC or related industry (for M. Pharma)

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical analysis, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Certifications:

- Valid certification in pharmaceutical analysis or quality control (e.g., IPC, WHO).

Working Conditions:

- Laboratory environment with exposure to chemicals and biological agents.
- May require working flexible hours, including weekends.
