Job SummaryIt’s an exciting time to be part of IFF’s Trainee Executive - Production. As a Trainee Executive - Production of IFF India, you will be responsible to assist manufacturing, Material receipt & storage and other steps in line with production. You will be reporting to the Production Supervisor.

About You:
You will spend your time
- Assist as needed with all steps of the production, warehouse and packaging process to ensure the safe and timely production of quality material.
- Follow schedules, job instructions, specifications and procedures
- Participate in the plant's continuous improvement process
- Ensure safety compliance
- Other production related responsibilities as needed and assigned
- In addition, this position requires the following abilities: standing, walking, lifting, reaching above shoulders, bending, and twisting as needed.

**Required Skills**:

- Good knowledge on food industry
- Results Orientation
- Team work
- Technical, Observational, Communication Skills.
- Good time-management skills

Required Experience:

- Freshers and experience up to 3 years of experience in Industry preferably Food industry
- Preferred: Communication Skill and Basic knowledge in 5S & Lean tools.
