**Job Title**: Mathematics Faculty - State Board (Grade 11 & 12)

**Location**: Sri Edu Foundation, Jalalhali, Bangalore
**Experience**: Fresher to 2 Years
**Joining**: Immediate
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Mathematics to Grade 11 & 12 students in accordance with the State Board syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
- Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assignments to monitor student progress.
- Simplify complex mathematical concepts for better student understanding.
- Provide academic support, doubt clarification, and individual guidance when needed.
- Maintain student performance records and participate in curriculum planning.
- Engage in staff meetings, academic discussions, and parent-teacher interactions.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Karnataka State Board curriculum.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Teaching experience of 0-2 years (freshers are encouraged to apply).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to create an interactive and student-friendly classroom environment.
- Basic knowledge of digital teaching tools and platforms (preferred).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
