**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in MIS reporting, data automation, or business intelligence roles.
- Proven experience in **Power BI**, **Looker Studio**, and **advanced Excel**.
- Strong background in coding languages such as **Java**, **SQL**, **VBA**, and **Google Apps Script**.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in **Power BI** and **Looker Studio** for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Advanced **Excel** skills, including working with **macros**, **pivot tables**, and **lookup functions**.
- Experience with **Google Suite** (Google Sheets, Google Forms) for data handling and automation.
- Strong understanding of **SQL** for database management and querying.
- Ability to automate workflows using **VBA**, **Google Apps Script**, and other scripting languages.
- Knowledge of **WhatsApp automation** and bots (optional but a plus).

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
