Meira's Bakehouse is a warm and inviting café in the heart of Defence Colony, New Delhi, offering artisanal coffee, fresh bakes, and handcrafted beverages. We're looking for enthusiastic and service-focused **Baristas** to join our team and help create a welcoming experience for every guest.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Beverage Preparation**:

- Prepare a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, teas, juices, smoothies, and other milk, fruit, and water-based beverages as per recipes and customer preferences.
- **Bakery Counter Service**:
Assist customers at the bakery counter, serve baked goods, answer questions about items, and ensure the display is neat and well-stocked.
- **Customer Service**:
Greet customers warmly, take and serve orders efficiently, make menu recommendations, and provide a pleasant customer interaction experience.Operate coffee machines, grinders, juicers, and other beverage equipment; ensure they are regularly cleaned and well-maintained.Handle billing and transactions accurately using the POS system (cash and card).Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in work areas and follow all food safety protocols.Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to deliver smooth service and support daily operations.**What We’re Looking For**:
